About this project

fluxus² e.V. from fluxus² e.V. is responsible for this project
In times of growing exclusion and polarization, there is a lack of spaces for respectful, open, and diversity-conscious exchange. Queer, Jewish, and Bi_PoC artists and activists, in particular, still have too little room in established cultural formats. This is precisely where fluctoplasma comes in: We provide a stage for a wide range of perspectives and foster a spirit of solidarity within urban society.

Every October, the festival takes place both in Hamburg and online: Over 96 packed hours, we bring together art, performance, music, literature, theater, and discourse in an interdisciplinary program that addresses topics related to culture, democracy, and social cohesion. Artists, collectives, and speakers from various backgrounds join forces to develop new ways of thinking and break down barriers, creating an open-minded space that bridges divides.
