Residenz digital - acquisition of network technology

A sports club has to keep its finger on the pulse of the times - in the case of clubhouses, this applies not only to the use of environmentally friendly technologies, but above all to digitalisation. In our case, this includes a fast and flexible network structure, which we need for more than just day-to-day club life. As our dance sport tournaments have to be organised with scoring software (TopTurnier), which requires an independent WIFI network, we need to expand our existing infrastructure. We also hope to be able to use the technology for digital services such as live streams or larger conferences.
WIFI access points and Ethernet cables have already been procured with support. A router, network switches, a patch panel, a network controller and a network cabinet, which is to be procured second-hand, are now required. The installation and set-up of the technology is to be carried out entirely by club members themselves.
