Zeynep Yilmaz - Hilfe für Idlib e.V.

Zeynep Yilmaz left Germany in 2015 to support war-torn Syria directly on the ground.

In 2020, she founded the humanitarian organization "Zeynep Yilmaz" with a team of international volunteers.

What started as a small project grew rapidly. The first and largest project is the private school "Dar ul Ilm," which now educates over 600 students, teaching both academic and Islamic knowledge, including the Quran.

After Syria's liberation and the end of the civil war, the organization now faces its greatest challenge: rebuilding the country and providing stability and security for its people.

Today, the organization employs over 60 staff members across numerous ongoing projects, including:
• Private school "Dar ul Ilm" with 600+ students
• Soup kitchen serving 200+ hot meals daily
• Slaughterhouse for sacrificial animal donations
• Monthly distribution of up to 100 food packages
• Weekly delivery of over 1,000 bread packages
• Support for 150+ widows and orphans
• Free clothing store
• Management of 4 Quran schools with 200+ students
• Own mosque
• Annual winter aid program
• Financial assistance for families
• Complete Ramadan program, including 1,000 Iftar meals daily
• Earthquake emergency relief
• Post-civil war reconstruction of Syria

All donations are documented transparently with photo and video evidence, and can include personalized name tags upon request.
