🆘 Update: İlknur urgently needs help – vet clinics are demanding payment 🐾

Dear supporters, 

İlknur from Whiskey Animal Rescue is currently under immense pressure. With tireless dedication, she cares for 18 cats in her home and more than 40 stray cats on the streets – many of them sick, injured, or in need of special care. 

But the situation has become critical:

 Veterinary clinics are demanding payment for outstanding bills – a significant burden for individuals alone. 

• At Evcilla Veterinary Clinic, there is an open balance of €5,925.47 for cats Layd, Kül, Fırat, Bal, Turkuaz, Asil, and Kirli.
• Hera has an additional outstanding invoice of €743.05 at Greenwet Veterinary Clinic.
• Boncuk, one of the rescued cats, underwent leg surgery after being hit by a car. The cost was €460, and her treatment is still ongoing.

İlknur is covering all of this entirely on her own, with no government funding. In addition to medical care, there is an ongoing need for special food, medicine, malt paste, litter, and general supplies.

This situation has become unsustainable for her alone.
