About this project

Th. Grahl from Refugee Law Clinic Leipzig e.V. is responsible for this project
The Refugee Law Clinic Leipzig is an initiative organized on a voluntary basis. We offer free legal advice for refugees in matters of asylum and residence law.
The concept of the Refugee Law Clinics, of which there are now numerous in various cities in Germany, was formed due to a gap in access to justice for refugees created and maintained by the state.

Our specific work consists of informing and supporting those affected during the official procedure and informing them about their personal rights and obligations. Our area of expertise focuses on asylum law and all related issues, such as the Dublin procedure.
Practical advice is provided by volunteers who we train in a specially financed training program. To ensure the necessary quality, we cooperate with supervising lawyers.

Our initiative is open to anyone who wants to be trained in asylum law - including non-students and students from all disciplines.
