About this project

In our projects in the Philippines, we have already successfully rebuilt over 100 m² of destroyed reef structures. In the coming year, we want to further increase this area, supported by our local production of reef modules on site. When corals die, the complex 3D structure of reefs is lost, depriving young fish of their home and endangering biodiversity. This has far-reaching consequences, not only for the oceans, but also for coastal communities that rely on reefs for food and income.
Through our innovative, science-based method of reef construction, based on a Lego system of 3D-printed reef bricks, we create vital habitats for numerous marine species. These reef modules promote the growth of young corals and help to restore the natural balance in the ecosystem.
We focus on environmental education and close cooperation with local organizations to ensure that our projects are harmoniously integrated into the environment.
