    Marsch des Lebens e.V.
A project from Marsch des Lebens e.V. in Caesarea, Israel
We hold weekly meetings with Holocaust survivors at the March of Life House. We need new sofas in the living room for these meetings. The existing ones are old and are not suitable for senior citizens.

    About this project

Petra Hennig from Marsch des Lebens e.V. is responsible for this project
Nine years ago, we ceremoniously opened the March of Life House. Since then, we have welcomed Holocaust survivors, their descendants and guests from Israel and abroad on a weekly basis to familiarize them with the message of the March of Life. At the meetings with the Holocaust survivors and the descendants of National Socialists, reconciliation and healing take place because the descendants of the Nazi perpetrators honestly tell of the guilt of their ancestors towards the Jews during World War II and ask for forgiveness. At the same time, Holocaust survivors find room to tell their personal family stories here.
In the living room, our seating options are getting on in years. They are too low, worn out and also not suitable for senior citizens. We want to change that and therefore want to buy new sofas for the living room.
