Who are we? TLNT & TLNT is a non-profit educational initiative committed to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion. 

We support young people from marginalised communities and connect them with influential decision-makers from the creative and tech industries - precisely where innovation, diversity and new perspectives are particularly important. 

What we do: With TLNT & TLNT, we create a space in which talents can grow, network and actively contribute to social diversity. Our commitment ranges from interdisciplinary mentorship programmes and training courses on equal opportunities to meeting places and digital platforms that bring people from different backgrounds together and connect them with each other.

Why are we doing this? We firmly believe that diverse perspectives unleash creativity and innovation, advance society as a whole and promote togetherness in Germany. We know that a fairer future can only be created if the diversity of our society is represented in education, business, culture and technology. 

Our mission: to build bridges - we are breaking new ground in mediation, promoting the potential of young people and helping to strengthen equal opportunities in Germany and beyond through targeted programmes.
