Night-Run-Equipment

The expansion of the equipment for our Night Run, which will enter its fourth round in October, is very important to us, but at the same time represents a major financial burden. Year after year, we look to grow, create new opportunities and constantly improve. Especially after last year's event with 324 participants, the event has now reached a size where we can still optimise and catch up in terms of equipment. The main issue here is the tent. While 2-3 private pavilions were sufficient in the beginning, these capacity limits have long since been reached, so that we would like to create serious and professional roofing options - especially for an autumn event - that will help year after year. We are considering a central tent, with the option of adding further modules/smaller tents. We also have our own generator on our list, as we do not have any power supply options in the finish area of our events, as well as the purchase of a catering trolley, which would also be used to store the event equipment. But this depends heavily on the financial resources.
