Since 1959, our non-profit association has been committed to supporting and promoting people in the city of Frankfurt am Main and the entire Rhine-Main region on their career path. Our range of neutral and independent careers advice has already helped over 40,000 people to find their way around the job market in germany and be successful in it.

The labour market itself places many demands on adults, including the challenges of digitalization, the shortage of skilled workers and the need for lifelong learning. Our association supports those affected in gaining an overview of the wide range of further education and training opportunities as well as other ways to shape their professional biography.

Our intensive networking enables us to put people seeking advice in touch with suitable contacts and offer individual, needs-based advice. This is done independently of profit interests or referral quotas, as our services are provided on a non-profit basis thanks to funding from our donors.
