The development of competent, secure, and situation-appropriate social behavior is one of the central developmental tasks of a child in the early years of life. In kindergarten and elementary school, children spend much more time with other children for the first time than in their family. Important foundations for understanding equality and justice, as well as dealing with different opinions, are laid in interaction with others. Children who know how to communicate non-violently and treat others with respect and empathy will act courageously in the future and take responsibility for themselves and others. Here, we want to start and impart important values for respectful interaction among children. These include non-violence, fairness, and mutual respect. In addition to children's training sessions, we conduct further training for educators and primary school teachers. We pass on the content of the children's training sessions and work together to develop concrete tips on how they can apply the various methods in kindergartens and elementary schools. For the regular, long-term support of fixed partner institutions, €10,000 per year and institution are needed for material and personnel costs. This enables us to conduct an average of 20 training and consulting hours on-site per year.
