Refugee-Impulse-Club (RIC) is a self organized group by refugees in Berlin. RIC is working for refugees, to encourage them & to express their feelings & problems as a refugee through art on stage. Also creating & celebrating events in refugees homes & other places in Berlin with free food & Music for theses who can't take out of them from critical environment of Refugees homes.

"I joined impulse in August 2013 and I had my first performance with Refugees Club in HKW on Festiwalla 2013. Which gave me a chance to express my feelings & experience as a refugee.
My experience with impulse is the best part of my life which really encouraged me to accept the reality & speak about it. Impulse realized to be conscious of me and my rights as a human being and to encouraged my fight for my rights.
Refugees club is now organized by refugees themselves. The Leadership is among the Refugees & everybody is performing his role with responsibility.
We encourage und express our feelings & problems as a refugee through art on stage. Also creating & celebrating events in refugees homes & other places with homemade food & independant music and much more.
We are inviting and hosting artists from all around the world to our club for exchanging personal stories, sharing Lifemoments and celebrating underground Art together.
We are also invited from Universitys and Projects to describe our interavtive workshop RIC and how to develope the Power to stay for the Right to stay!"
With a little financial support we would be able to finance our RIC activities. For example for our actual theater production "Letters back home". Letters back home try to discribe the feelings, problematics and challenges of the daily life that refugees face, and how they try to be a member of a society which seems to be blind to their existence.
