Für ungefähr 10% aller Bruchsaler Familien ist der Kauf eines Schulranzen zum Grundschulstart eine hohe finanzielle Belastung. Seit 2022 unterstützten der Kiwanis-Club Bruchsal e.V. und das Diakonische Werk Bruchsal diese Familien und statten 30 Schulanfängern mit einem Schulranzen aus. Finanziert werden die Ranzen aus Mitteln des Kiwanis-Clubs Bruchsal und durch eine
öffentliche Spendensammlung.
