About this project

Rümeysa Yilmaz from Forum Dialog e.V. is responsible for this project
Forum Dialog is a nationwide dialogue initiative that works towards peaceful coexistence in Germany by bringing people with different beliefs together in discussion groups, workshops, conferences and a variety of cultural events. In addition to religious topics, the Forum Dialog also deals with current social and political issues.

The history of Forum Dialog began in 2008, when it was founded in Berlin under the name Forum für Interkulturellen Dialog, although the first dialogue efforts had already begun in 2005. In 2015, several dialogue associations from different federal states decided to work together under the name Forum Dialog.

The Forum Dialog cooperates with numerous partners, including the Abraham-Geiger-Kolleg, Deutsches Orient Institut, Stuttgarter Lehrhaus and Berliner Forum der Religionen.
