"Brandenburg takes a stand!" is a nationwide initiative for democracy and cohesion.
- We are committed to a democratic, tolerant and cosmopolitan Brandenburg.
- We stand for a diverse and solidarity-based society.
- We advocate open discussion, objective debates and respectful interaction with one another.
- We want to live in a society in which all people are accepted and respected in their differences. Racism, anti-Semitism, intolerance, hatred and exclusion have no place here.
An alliance was launched on January 23, 2024 with a joint appeal. Over 470 organizations and more than 6,100 people from Brandenburg have now joined.
We are the largest independent alliance for democracy and cohesion in the state of Brandenburg - from the middle of society - from business and science to sports, trade unions, social associations, churches, clubs, initiatives and many more.
We are independent and work without state funding. We are convinced that civil society is strong enough to stand up for its own interests.
We support local initiatives. We need your support so that we can show our presence in cities as well as in smaller municipalities and districts. Specifically, this involves donations for banners, flyers, posters, demonstration material, but also being able to manage the necessary networking work in the state of Brandenburg.
