Dear friends of Tafel Treuchtlingen,
It's time to grant a well-deserved retirement to the faithful companion of Tafel Treuchtlingen, our vehicle that has seen over 20 years of service. After more than two decades, it has taken more breaks than a tired contestant in a marathon and acquired more quirks than a collector of vintage keychains.
In the past, our delivery vehicle has encountered so many potholes that it now claims to have a love affair with one particularly deep specimen. It has produced more noises than a student band at their first concert attempt – with a preference for honking and shaking at the most inappropriate moments.
But for all its quirks and peculiarities, it has reliably provided us with groceries as if it were a rolling superhero of food rescue. It has transported fruits, vegetables, and non-perishable goods as if it were a culinary warrior on four wheels.
Now, as it plans its well-deserved retirement (which, in vehicle years, is akin to endless sunsets by the sea), we need your support to find a worthy successor. And this is where you come in!
We've launched a fundraising campaign on betterplace.org to cover the costs of our new delivery vehicle. Because we all know: A delivery vehicle at the Tafel is like the hero in an action movie – without it, things just won't progress!
So, let's collectively write the script for the next chapter of our Tafel story. Your generous donations not only bring a new vehicle but also a lot of smiles to the faces of people who rely on our support.
