1. The Problem:
In Nkoaranga, Tanzania, a community struggles with water scarcity. Essential water often fails to reach those in dire need, forcing children and women to travel long distances daily. This impacts education and quality of life.

Why:
During my first encounter with Happy in a simple Tanzanian kitchen, her radiant smile amidst a difficult childhood impressed me. Left alone by a sick mother, she found refuge with Mama and Mr. Gidion, coffee farmers who named her "Happy." Her story symbolizes the challenges faced by many children here. Inspired by my own adoption, I, Joao Heep, am committed to helping these children, offering them hope and new opportunities.

We aim to improve life in Nkoaranga, especially for children and women. Our goal is to provide them access to clean water, enhancing education and agriculture.

3. Our Approach and Steps:
- Step 1 (completed): Analysis and planning.
- Step 2: Drilling a well up to 170 meters deep.
- Step 3: Installing pipelines for water distribution.
- Step 4: Protecting the facility and agricultural areas with fences.
4. Participants:
The Nkoaranga community, Bajos NSP Co. LTD, our Changelis Community, donors, and our team are collaborating on this project.

We are ready to start drilling immediately once the funds are secured, to improve life quality in Nkoaranga.
