In 2025, we strengthen the call to “Rise For Empathy” due to the continued escalation of violence – ongoing rape, hatred, exclusion, killing, discrimination, exploitation, abuse, wars, division, occupation and control. Control over our bodies, our minds and our resources. An unprecedented fascism and fascist governments that destroy all freedoms. We can't stop now.

One Billion Rising is a global movement launched in September 2012 by New York artist and feminist Eve Ensler. Since then, a billion women have been called on Valentine's Day to leave their homes, schools, shops and workplaces and to publicly protest together against violence against girls and women.


This year with the guiding principle RISE FOR EMPATHY, we will dance against violence against girls and women on February 14, 2025 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in front of the Brandenburg Gate.
In order to be able to organize this important campaign in 2025 and carry the message from Berlin to the world, we need your donations, which we would like to use especially for public relations work, setting up a stage and digital support!
