Die Chatberatung ist ein neues Beratungsformat der Telefonseelsorge Erlangen, mit dem wir Beratung auch online anbieten können. Durch dieses Beratungsformat wenden sich viele jüngere Menschen im Altern von 10-29 Jahren an uns, die psychisch belastet sind. Die Chatberatung ist kostenlos, anonym und kompetent.
Ihre Spende hilft, Ehrenamtliche für die Chatberatung auszubilden, zu qualifizieren und durch Supervisionen die Qualität der Beratung zu sichern.
