About this project

Peter Schatz from Inter-NATIONAL CHILDREN Help e.V. (ICH e.V.) is responsible for this project
During the day, Martina B. works in the eyelash studio, and when evening comes, Martina turns into an angel - at least that's how many of the people in the city of Hanover see it. Martina takes care of women and men who, for various reasons, have arrived at the bottom of society - on the street.

For the past 8 years, she has set out every night with a handcart to provide homeless people around downtown Hanover with warm drinks, warm soup (which Martina cooks herself, the purchases she finances through her wages and deposit bottles) warm clothes and warm words. Martina wants to give the homeless bright spots, attention, appreciation and help.

Two businessmen from Hannover, Rolf Eisenmenger and Mirela Stanoiu, became aware of this commitment and looked for ways to support it effectively. In the meantime, both of them have become special representatives for the children's charity ICH e.V. in order to make the project accessible to an even broader public.

Thanks to the donations collected so far, we have been able to hire Martina on a permanent basis so that she can focus even more on helping the homeless. However, this amount will eventually be used up, so we still need donations to keep this project alive. In addition, there are the necessary costs of providing food and necessities for the homeless.
