New soccer goal for the children of 'Erzhütten Elementary School

Unfortunately, due to age-related structural defects, the old soccer goal had to be dismantled last year. In addition to the costs of purchasing and professionally installing a new football goal, additional costs apply for fencing and a protective grille for the neighboring windows.

The friends' association “Förderverein Erzhütten e.V.” would like to ensure that our children have the opportunity to play football again during school breaks as soon as possible. Since the available funds of our friends' association are not sufficient and the municipalities only cover part of the costs, there is unfortunately still a funding gap of 2,500 euros to be covered. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to our goal.

The work of the Friends' Association for Erzhütten Primary School can be described in a short sentence:

"It aims to support projects related to school life at our primary school or our partner school in Rwanda quickly and without bureaucracy."

Often, financial resources are limited to make learning more attractive and interesting for our children during their school years. By acquiring various materials such as books, educational games, costumes, and props for the theater club, jerseys and balls for the soccer club, as well as sports and play equipment for break times and after-school care, we can help enrich the school day for our children. In addition, regular expenses such as bus fares (to the Pfalztheater, to the garden exhibition, etc.), prizes for student competitions, topping up class funds, or readings by children's book authors are financially covered by the Support Association.

There is usually also a larger project for which we collect donations. In the past, these have included, for example, the acquisition of a climbing frame in the schoolyard or the equipping of a classroom with a smartboard.
