We are aiming to raise enough money to award 4 scholarships - 2 to grass-roots practitioners (teachers, researchers e.t.c) and 2 to African students.
Once that's done, we'll start on more: in 2013 we had over 160 applications for scholarships!
Scholarships cover all the expenses associated with attending the conference. This includes international and local transport, accommodation, registration fees and visas.
Please help us raise this money so that we can send some amazingly dedicated and inspirational people to eLearning Africa 2014.
We hope that by enabling grass-roots educational practitioners to attend the conference they will not only make valuable connections with the broader ICT and education community, but also have the opportunity to contribute their personal experiences to the ever important discussions associated with ICT, education, training and development in Africa.
