With a bakery in Nepal, we promote a healthy lifestyle and create perspectives in Nepal. With your donation of 50 euros,
- 5 women can take part in community workshops in the bakery's tea garden: creative workshops in the areas of healthy living, sustainability and traditional craftsmanship. In addition to a unique learning experience, the weekly meetings create a safe space.
- Alternatively, 5 children can participate in nutrition and health awareness sessions: we inspire the youngest generation with workshops with playful approaches about balaned diet and healthy, delicious baked goods.

- Training opportunities and job perspectives for young adults, especially women: several young women have already found work in the bakery, which supports them to be financially independent. Sustainable, economic growth, also promotes the resilience of the community.
- Healthy nutrition and sustainable agriculture in the region: the delicious products of the bakery serve as a healthy alternative. They contain vegetables, fruit, wholemeal flour and natural sweeteners - many ingredients from our regenerative, organic farm. The holistic approach can inspire a rethink on the ground.

Long Yang e.V. has been dedicated and engaged in various projects in the areas of education, health, environmental protection and empowerment of women in Nepal and Germany for over 25 years. Since 2012, the focus has been on establishing and expanding the Akasha Academy as a place for integrated education. Therefore, we closely work together with our sister organizations Akasha Academy NGO and the social business Akasha Life.
