"Zug der Liebe" (Train of Love) brings visibility to social organizations that otherwise tend to go under the radar and supports people who have made charity a part of their everyday lives.
All participating associations also benefit from the media coverage. As patrons of a truck at the demonstration, they receive exposure for themselves and their daily work. Participation is free of charge for the associations thanks to the help of dedicated collectives.
The collectives LTMD and BOCK.ICK have decided to join forces to support Space Lama e.V. this year.
The latter has been committed to fighting child trafficking in the Philippines since 2020. Since then, 21 children have been rehabilitated and the association has grown to over 120 members. With a logo that is impossible to forget and a mission that is impossible to oppose, they are jumping on the train of love with the intention of finding even more supporters and rescuing more children.
BOCK.ICK and LTMD are two collectives that are deeply rooted in the Berlin music and art scene by now. Between them they have over 40 members who have already organized countless parties and events full of love, warmth and care (and of course bass!!!) and have solidified their presence both in Berlin and internationally. Both collectives were already present with a truck at the demonstration last year and are eager to draw attention to Space Lama this year.
However, realizing this heartfelt cause still requires financial resources. Even though everyone involved is of course working on a voluntary basis, we still have to reach the indicated donation goal in order to rent the truck, pay for the driver and fuel, as well as rent out the sound system. Therefore, we really depend on you and are most grateful for any support you can provide. Also, we are looking forward to seeing you at the "Zug der Liebe," demonstrating side by side for a better world!
