Tara ist a mixed breed bitch, sweet as they can be, who has been in Germany for a couple weeks only. Originally, she is from Romania, where the veterinary system isn't always the best.
That is also a reason why we only realised when she was at her foster home in Germany, that her right hindleg is weirdly swollen and she is lame on that leg.
A vet visit later, x-rays revealed, that her leg was fractured once, but it wasn't taken care of and now it's healing in a way that's painful for her. With surgery, the leg could be rearranged and she could have the possibility of living a pain free life - but as a non-profit organisation, we need the help of others to pay for it.
This is why we are raising money for the treatment, with the surgery being at least 2000 Euro.
