We have been given four working life rafts with the MARE*GO. For the crew we only need one of them - but the others we need for emergencies during our missions in the central Mediterranean. But they have not been maintained in the last years. The good thing is - they open as desired, but the contents like water and food have long expired and have something like archaeological value.
We want and need operational life rafts! They are our safety on the sea and mean life saving in case of emergency.
With the collected donations here we can make life rafts fit again. To the transparency:
new life raft: 5.000 - 6.000 € in size for 25 persons
maintained / used liferaft: 2.500 € / life raft
maintenance after 8 years: 1.600 € / life raft
Maintenance if yearly: 700 € / life raft
Zusammenland gemeinnützige UG finds with your help 1.600 € to make one of the four life rafts fit again for the first deployment of MARE*GO in the central Mediterranean. More helps more - if we can maintain 4 life rafts that would be really good. Thank you!
