Friends of Angola

Recently I met an old friend - Angolan - again, who told me that he really wants to do something for his region, Uige. Help for self-help, so to speak. My friend himself has been living here in Germany for a long time and he sees with sad eyes that in his home region the schools are decaying, no teachers can be paid and the people have fertile land for food cultivation but no seeds and machines. Because of the immediate and direct access to the affected region, I have decided, together with my friend, to start a new project: "Friends of Angola". We want to collect donations to repair the school, to organize teachers, machines and seeds. So that the region can sustainably supply itself. Drinking water and sewage will be provided through infrastructure measures and the education of the children will be promoted through regular classes.
The German language as well as German culture should also be promoted, among other things. For the students of today, the studies of tomorrow should also be made possible, so that a conversation in the future is as problem-free as the one with my old friend.
