Our work:
We want to finally do something so that seniors are less often alone and get the support they need. That's why we will train young people to design and implement support services for seniors.
But that's not all: we support and initiate many different projects in the field of youth and elderly care. We do this primarily in the areas of health promotion, vocational preparation, political education and leisure activities. In concrete terms, this can mean that senior citizens show young people their old professions and thus prepare them for working life. Or young people go to the theater together with seniors, thus enabling them to participate in social life.
Why we need your help:
As a non-profit organization, we are financed by donations and grants. For all larger projects it is necessary to bring in own funds. This is usually about 20% of the total costs. We have to acquire this share from membership fees and donations. At the same time, the association has permanent running costs that have to be covered in order to be able to work. For all this we need money and therefore your support. With your donation you enable us directly to bring young people and seniors together. Because: 100% of the donations go into our work. We are very happy about your support.
