Annshantel durften wir bei unserem Besuch im März 2022 im Slum Mathare (Kenia) kennenlernen. Als Kind des Slums hat sie mit der Armut, der gesundheitlichen Situation und auch der mangelnden Bildung zu kämpfen. Um sich eine berufliche Zukunft aufbauen zu können, möchte sie Friseurin werden, was in Kenia ein Studium voraussetzt. Für dieses Studium muss sie zwei Semester studieren und eine Versorgung ihrer Lebensumstände gewährleisten können, da es staatliche Förderprogramme wie bspw. Bafög in Kenia nicht gibt.
Wir wollen ihr dabei helfen und rechnen mit ca. 500€ für das gesamte Jahr.
