About this project

Daniel Gass from CVJM-Landesverband Bayern e.V. is responsible for this project
The YMCA Ambassador Training is a practice-oriented leadership training for young adults aged 18-26 from Germany, Brazil, Chile, Czech Republic, Cameroon, Hong Kong and the USA.
25 participants learn together what it means to initiate change processes as ambassadors of a youth generation and the international YMCA movement and to realize them in small and medium-sized projects.
In addition to 3 online training weeks, participants will meet for a presence week in Germany to draft project ideas and connect in encouragement huddles.
In a one-year project cycle, 25 projects are implemented as models, accompanied and evaluated.
The results are presented on a global level and the consultations of NGOs on the role of youth in this world are brought in.
