The Adventure Playground Kolle 37 was founded in 1990 in the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg between southern Kollwitzstraße and the Jewish cemetery. We belong to Netzwerk Spiel/Kultur Prenzlauer Berg e.V.
As an pedagogically supervised playground for children and young people aged 6 to 16, we offer participation, enable informal learning, strengthen democratic education and support our visitors in crises. With us, children and young people can build huts, work in the garden, make a fire, forge, bake, be creative, ... We are a place of freedom for children! Our offers are free. The children decide for themselves when they come and go and how they organize their time on the playground.
Public funding is far from sufficient to operate, maintain and fill the playground with content. Part of the work is therefore the ongoing search for additional sources of funding.
