Svijet u Slikama (SUS) views diversity as a puzzle. When put together with love, it forms a great unity – a world for everyone. Specifically, Svijet u Slikama assists children on the autism spectrum in integrating into society. Through educating parents and all interested parties, SUS also aims to encourage the open acceptance and recognition of 'the colorful' in life.

Svijet u Slikama is a small non-profit organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 2012 by six young and committed teachers. Translated, Svijet u Slikama means "World in Pictures".

What exactly does Svijet u Slikama do?
The 11-member therapy team takes care of up to 30 children with autism spectrum disorders – each in their spare time and voluntarily – passionately volunteering alongside a full-time job, mostly as teachers! SUS offers free care to parents from particularly impoverished backgrounds.

SUS treats all children using scientifically-based methods. The SUS team is highly committed to maintaining and enhancing their own level of qualification.

Since 2012, SUS has stood for a strong community and continuous development. After several relocations over the past years, we are now preparing for another move in 2024, which we hope will be our final one – into the spacious facilities of eco COMPLIANCE d.o.o. This is the perfect opportunity to modernize our furniture inventory and tailor it to meet the needs of the future.

To equip our new space in the best possible way, we need your support. It’s not just about tables, chairs, and cabinets, but also about special play furniture essential for motor skills exercises and play breaks.
