The Sprint association has been supporting people in difficult circumstances since 1996. Our belief is that anyone can get into trouble. Regardless of whether it is acute unemployment, a mental illness or the fact that a criminal offense has been committed. We support people of all ages to face their problems and to resolve them.
Our target groups are diverse. Ranging from juveniles and adolescents aged 14-21 who have committed a criminal offense, to adults aged 21 and over who are facing imprisonment for an irrecoverable fine. We also offer out-of-court conflict resolution for young people and adults.
We also support single mothers who want to start their careers, as well as young people who need help starting their careers because they don't have a school-leaving certificate. Long-term unemployed people with multiple problems also receive coaching and support in developing prospects for the future.
In addition, we look after people with mental illness as part of assisted living on their way to an independent and self-determined life.
Our goal is to enable our clients and participants to participate in social life. We would like to develop new life perspectives with them and support them in creating an independent and fulfilling life.
This includes:

- Preparation for the job market
- Placement in vocational training
- Promotion of a health-promoting lifestyle
- Develop and implement perspectives
- Avoiding and ending homelessness
