    About this project

Magdalena Janczuk from MiKK e.V. International Mediation Centre is responsible for this project
There are 4 MiKK Mediators from Ukraine in need of our support! Thanks to your generous support, we have already raised 5,000 €, which helped to finance the evacuation of mediator Anna’s mother, after a serious injury during the bombing in Kharkiv. THANK YOU!
Sadly, still thousands of people need our help. 2 MiKK mediators are still in Ukraine, working with families, friends & volunteers to help people in need. Read their appeal below:

    1. Tatyana Bilyk - needs Medical Supplies & Food
Tatyana has stayed in Kyiv to support the elderly, mothers & children – both as psychologist as well as helping to buy and distribute humanitarian goods, foods & medicines.
    Tatyana’s account:
(…)I am a volunteer and every day I conduct crisis consultations for everyone who finds themselves in a difficult psychological state, distribute food and medicine for those who cannot leave the house (...) there are many psychological consultations with women who have had to leave to save their children from the horrors of the war(...) Tatyana needs funds for medicine & food. Her project "A pot of borscht" involves cooking hot lunches for people who do not leave their homes and need help. Follow her updates on FB click here

    2. Olha Zozulia - needs Petrol to transport Medical Supplies, Food & Humanitarian Goods
Olha’s nephew organizes transports of humanitarian goods, medicine and food. He needs funds for petrol urgently to continue his work.
    Olha’s account:
(...)As you may see in the news, a million people from Ukraine left their homes and moved to safer regions or abroad. Most of them are women and children. Most men are involved in the defence of Ukraine. Nevertheless, there are still a lot of people in some regions, who live in a situation of absolute humanitarian catastrophe lacking the essentials: food and medicine! But people want to live and survive living through this horror! Me and my family moved to the Western part of Ukraine. We live here in my nephew’s house. My two nephews (Serhiy & Vitaliy) decided to help the citizens of Ukraine, who live in such regions and cannot leave their houses. My nephews asked business partners in Germany & Poland to help with buying & transporting food and medicine. By request of individuals, authorities and hospitals from Eastern Ukraine, the transport of goods from Germany and Poland to the city of Lutsk was organized. After these goods are received by my nephews, they are transported on smaller cars by drivers wearing bulletproof vests, risking their lives, to the Eastern cities to distribute them to people in need. Their work is absolutely free; they need only the money to cover diesel costs! It’s about 1500€ one way.

We want to raise 10.000€ for our mediators. Please give generously, everything makes a difference! Thank you!
