Das im Jahr 1971 erstelle Vereinsheim soll saniert werden. Dadurch haben alle Clubmitglieder und Gäste einen Vorteil. Die Arbeiten sollen an geeignete Firmen vergeben oder in Eigenleistung durchgeführt werden. Die Ausführung soll in diesem Jahr erfolgen.
Vorrangig sollen die Bodenbeläge erneuert werden.
