About this project

In Romania, a group of 600 refugees from the Jewish community in Odessa (Ukraine) has been accommodated. There are 320 children in this group. Today the festival of Purim is taking place. On Purim, the victory over the evil Haman is celebrated. The victory of good over evil, a time of miracles. Especially for the refugee children, this festival of joy is a day of hope and light. We have packed toys and Mishloach Manot (special Purim packages) and sent them to Romania to the children so that they can celebrate this holiday. Please support this action so that we can continue to support the children (the Purim costumes were donated by other organizations and the IKG Munich and Upper Bavaria sends weekly aid shipments with food, heaters, clothing and other items to this group, we were kindly allowed to share the last shipment; thanks to President Dr. Knobloch, the board and Raw Brodman for this).
