About this project

Mathias Wesemann from Rettungshundestaffel CUXLAND e. V. is responsible for this project
All members of the Search and Rescue Dog unit Rettungshundestaffel CUXLAND e. V. need personal protection equipment (PPE) to be safe during search missions. The PPE consists of high-visibility clothes and a protective helmet including a visor or safety glasses.

The pants and jacket provide visibility, protect us in dense search areas and need to stand all weather conditions.

The cost of the PPE per person amounts to around 800 EUR.

Moreover, we need equipment to provide visibility to car traffic such as warning signs and warning lights.

To provide high-quality training, our internal trainers regularly visit seminars and external trainings.
