Die einzige in Bayern stehende Malzfabrik in der Mitte von Ering am Inn, ist ein imposanter und unter Denkmalschutz stehender Klinkerbau. Der 2015 gegründete, gemeinnützige Verein „Projekt Malzfabrik e. V.“ konnte kürzlich einen Vertrag über Erbbaurecht abschließen. Jetzt müssen wir starten, um die Mälzerei vor dem Verfall zu retten. Wir möchten daraus eine öffentliche Stätte für Kunst und Kultur schaffen.
