Running Groups

In our running trainings both people with disabilities and people without disabilities run together. Both groups learn to focus on what is important: the shared joy of running. We want to learn about each other's abilities and focus less on differences and more on similarities.

In our Local Clubs, we regularly train together and also participate in competitions and other running events. Our top priority is to have fun. We run, jog and walk, everyone can join, regardless her or his age or pace. Usually, runners with disabilities and guides run together in teams of two. We are currently active in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Ulm.
