More than 1,000 years of town and country history of Bad Nenndorf and its surroundings want to be discovered. The museum was founded in 2020 due to a private initiative and opened on 13.03.2021. It is a non-profit organisation and all costs such as rent, insurance, electricity or the exhibition are financed by donations. Many volunteers contribute their historical enthusiasm here, which is also reflected in the exhibits. Even if the rooms are still small, the visit is worthwhile for young and old.
