About this project

The Karnali Zone in the west of the Himalayas represents the morst rural area and is one of the most poorest regions of the world. There, more precisely in Jumla, 38 deaf children attend a state school. Govinda & Shangrila provide specially trained teachers and accommodation in boarding school rooms. Here they have found a home and are lovingly looked after. The association Govinda, founded in 1998, has been committed to deaf children in Jumla since 2009. We would like to professionally support these children on their way to an independent life in Nepalese society. The children are also provided with all the everyday items they need. Please help us with donations for a warm lunch for the children. The really low cost of 1200 euros is enough for the children's lunches for a full year. We look forward about your donation!
