Tabernacle of Hope Inc.

About us

Tabernacle of Hope , Inc, started in 2008 as a family devotion. After three months of successful family devotion in a small living room, the group decided to start Sunday worship services in the same place. In April 2008, we started our regular divine worship services. Initially, the living room accommodated 16 persons. When this number doubled, we decided to moved outside. We erected a mat building that could accommodate 100 persons. We stayed in this mat building for two years. The group later decided to build a concrete house around the mat building in 2010. Intake from the little offerings, rallies and tithes has helped us to reach the concrete building walls to roof level.
The mat structure we worship in for two years, fell flat on the eve of Christmas 2011. As a result, we could not congregate for church service. We had to moved the broken pieces and reused the old zinc to erect a temporary shade. We are trusting God to connect us to people, who will like to help us complete the concrete building before the rainy season start in April. We currently have the same old zinc, that have so many holes on it over our temporary stick structure. At present, we have 40 active members( Men & Women) and 68 children.

Dear donors,
when managers of a project haven't requested a payout over the course of a longer period, the German law and our terms of use provide that we (gut.org gemeinnützige AG, operator of betterplace.org) use the money for our tax-deductible purposes. The same applies to the cancellation of a project, where the manager of the project is unable to realize it.

Therefore we will use these donations for the following purposes

Thanks for your support,
the betterplace.org-team
