About us

Musoromuchena Skills for Life (MSFL) is a community development initiative aimed at equipping the vulnerable children and women in marginalized areas with life, vocational and entrepreneurial skills. The organization was formed in December 2004. It is registered as an NGO-Non Governmental Organization PVO # 15/11. The organization currently operates in the Makonde District of Mashonaland West Province in Zimbabwe.

Vision
MSFL’s vision is that of communities and individuals who maximize on their resources, capabilities and talents for sustainable livelihoods.

Mission
MSFL strives to achieve this through provision of life, vocational and entrepreneurial skills to the vulnerable groups. The organization promotes use of locally available to achieve this

Objectives
(i) To identify, and develop dormant talents of the vulnerable groups

(ii) To provide life, vocational, and entrepreneurial skills for sustainable livelihoods to the vulnerable group.

(iii) To develop marginalized communities through vocational skills training.

(iv) To invest life skills in the youth through empowerment

MSFL is making stides towards community development through sport as the communities we are working in are gradually realizing the good that sport can do. there is meaningfull involvement of the youth. This bhelps keep youths out of trouble.
