About us
It began with the ”Sommermärchen” during the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany. The Togo national team was based in Wangen im Allgäu. When they heard about Nourisson from Togo who was born with a cleft and urgently required an operation, the citizens of Wangen began collecting money to help pay for the medical requirements.
And so began the great idea and story of BigShoe which progressed to Africa in 2010 and the Ukraine/Poland Euro 2012. Thanks to a large number of generous donors, we have been able to operate on many needy children. Our new goal for the FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil is TO OPERATE ON AT LEAST 100 NEEDY CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD
BigShoe won the “World-Cup-Bambi 2006” Television Prize, awarded by Hubert Burda Media (presented by Franz Beckenbauer at the Daimler Benz Museum 2006)

Ich bin unfassbar gerührt und sprachlos!
Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei allen bedanken, die hier gespendet haben. Jeder einzelne Euro fließt direkt in die Sarkomforschung. Ich hätte nie damit gerechnet, dass an nur zwei Tagen so viel Geld zusammenkommt. Ich habe den Zielbetrag nun schon zum vierten Mal erhöht. Letztendlich gibt es für mich aber gar keinen Zielbetrag - ich bin jetzt schon unfassbar dankbar für die Summe, die bereits zusammengekommen ist. Ich bin sehr berührt von eurer Unterstützung!
