About us
The Working Group for Peace Education (afpb) was founded in 1977 and is committed to improving peace education in society and schools. We are active within the Baden-Württemberg Peace Education Network and collaborate with the Peace Education Service Centre at the State Agency for Political Education. We offer seminars on peace-related topics and provide advice on conscientious objection.
In particular, we support conscientious objectors in their efforts to obtain asylum in Europe and provide advice on conscientious objection in Germany. We cooperate with partners in crisis regions on various peace projects.
