About us

We are InkluFusion e. V., a non-profit organization committed to inclusion, accessibility, and equal participation in society.

Our work is based on lived experience. People with disabilities actively shape the organization and contribute their perspectives to projects, awareness work, and educational activities. This gives us a clear understanding of how barriers affect everyday life – and where practical solutions are needed.

Our goal is to make barriers visible and to reduce them step by step, in daily life, education, digital spaces, and public settings. This includes not only physical or technical barriers, but also language, attitudes, and access to information.

We deliberately do not charge membership fees, so that participation and engagement are not limited by financial means. Our work is funded through donations and project-based support.

We work in a practical, solution-oriented way and in dialogue with people, organizations, and institutions. Transparency, authenticity,
