About us

At Hanover Central Station, we are the first point of contact for people in acute emergencies and travelers—uncomplicated, immediate, and without major hurdles. We listen, advise, and refer people on if more than a conversation is needed. We also provide practical emergency assistance (e.g., drinks and basic supplies) and help travelers board, disembark, and change trains, especially if they need assistance. Our work is carried out by full-time and volunteer staff – so that no one at the station falls through the cracks.
