About us
The Papenburg Public Observatory is a non-profit, volunteer-run educational institution that has been offering astronomical observations, lectures and guided tours for citizens, school classes and educational groups in the region for many years.
At the centre of the facility is a historic Zeiss Coudeé refractor under a rotating dome.
