About us
Our association, Nature Recovery & Conservation e.V., was founded in 2024 by a group of friends. We are convinced that the protection and restoration of natural habitats is crucial for the future and survival of our species.
We believe in a future in which all people have access to sufficient food and water, ecosystems are healthy and intact, and our society, characterized by diversity and tolerance, is more resilient in dealing with crises. To realize this vision, we want to take action locally. From the smallest possible efforts, such as establishing flowering meadows, to workshops and the complete renaturation of entire ecosystems, we see potential for our work.

Wir haben 659,13 € Spendengelder erhalten
Die Spenden fließen in voller Höhe in die Beschaffung von regionalem, gebietseigenem Wildblumen-Saatgut für die Nachsaat unserer Oberrheinischen Blühwiese in Elchesheim-Illingen (Landkreis Rastatt). Aus einer extensiv genutzten Streuobstwiese entsteht ein artenreiches Offenlandbiotop. Mit der Nachsaat einer mehrjährigen, zu 100 % aus Wildblumen bestehenden Saatgutmischung schließen wir Lücken im Bestand, stärken artenarme Bereiche und erhöhen die floristische Vielfalt der Fläche. Davon profitieren Wildbienen, Schmetterlinge und zahlreiche weitere Insektenarten, die hier dauerhaft Nahrung und Lebensraum finden. Das Saatgut ist der größte Kostenposten des Projekts.
