Die Spende dient als Anzahlung auf den Bedarf des Aufbaus einer Pumpe. Darunter fallen unter anderem die Beschaffung von Rohren, die notwendig sind, um das hochgepumpte Wasser weiterzuleiten. Es handelt sich um eine Anzahlugn auf den Bedarf "Brunnen, Pumpe, Rohrleitungen ud Filtersysteme".
